Product Applications

Usage:Among the salts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, the di-sodium salt is the most important.

It is an important complexing agent. It is used in chemical copper plating, gold plating, lead-tin alloy plating, electrochemical polishing of steel parts, and the solution before silver plating of copper parts.

It can also be replaced by EDTA-Na. It is also used in detergents, liquid soaps, shampoos, agricultural chemical sprays, color-sensitive material rinsing processing bleaching fixing solutions,

water purifiers, pH regulators, anti-settling agents, etc.

In the polymerization reduction initiation system of styrene-butadiene rubber, EDTA di-sodium serves as a component of the active agent and is mainly used to complex ferrous ions to control the reaction speed of polymerization.
